Welcome to The Duke of York!

We are Gavin and Imogen, the tenants of this lovely cosy pub/restaurant since November 2011. We're aware that The Duke has had quite a few different tenants over the past couple years which we understand makes for a bit of an unsettling feeling but we’d like to let you know that we’re here to stay!

It’s our ambition to make The Duke into a great place to eat, drink and unwind (and maybe even party). Most of all we want it to be a place that YOU will be proud to call your local pub/restaurant.

We really look forward to seeing you, and should you want to book a table or have any questions please feel free to give us a tinkle!

Our Covid-19 promise to you
Our main priority is the safety of all out staff & customers,
All our staff are trained to new government guidelines & have undertaken Covid-19 risk assessment training.
We have hand sanitiser stations on entry, through out the pub & on each table & request that you use them.
We will continue to promote social distancing, & have installed screening on the bar. 
All customers dining will receive table service & we ope to provide this service outside on our terrace whether you are eating or drinking. 
We have reduced out tables throughout the bar & restaurant & will will limit the amount of people inside. 
All we ask in return is that you please try & book your table, upon arrival, please wait to be seated. 
We will support the governments track & trace system & request that contact details are given to assist with this.

Wednesday: 11am - 11pm. Kitchen open 12pm - 8.30pm
Thursday: 11am - 11pm. Kitchen open 12pm - 8.30pm
Friday: 11am - 11pm. Kitchen open 12pm - 8.30pm
Saturday: 11am - 11pm. Kitchen open 12pm - 8.30pm
Sunday: 11am - 11pm. Sunday Lunch: 12pm - 3pm Full menu 5pm - 8.30pm
